  • Solar Monitoring Services: If you sign up for a solar panel monitoring service, we may combine information that we collect from your PV solar system (including solar electrical production, inverter operation and home electrical consumption) with your Personal Information and provide this to dealers who provide installation, operation, maintenance, analytics, or energy service management services for your AD Solar Inc solar system. This information may be combined with other information about you or your household that is obtained from third parties to provide you with a more personalized service.
  • Enphase: If you purchase an AD Solar Inc system, and you register for the Enphase online monitoring service, you will also be able to review the performance of your AD Solar Inc system on your personal Enphase monitoring page. If you download the MyEnlighten Mobile Application, you will be able to view your personal AD Solar Inc system statistics on your device and email links to your monitoring pages to friends. If you utilize the Enphase services, we may provide information related to your AD Solar Inc system to Enphase, including Household Information. Enphase’s collection and use of your information is solely the responsibility of Enphase, in accordance with the Enphase Privacy Policy.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
  • To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to these disclosures. To opt out of communications from us or third parties, please follow the “Unsubscribe” instructions at the bottom of each email.
